LONDON COURT OXFORD - OUR MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
The managing agents of London Court Oxford are Covenant Management Ltd. on behalf of London Court (Oxford) RTM Company Ltd. RTM is Right to Manage and our leaseholders claimed the right to manage in 2021. (Please go to the RTM tab for more information). Previously London Court was managed by a company imposed by the landlord and therefore leaseholders had very few rights over how their service charge money was budgeted for and spent.
After gaining the Right to Manage we appointed a new Resident Development Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the development.
We are now in full control, (subject to our lease), of London Court and Covenant Management and our Development Manager work with us and on our behalf to ensure we have a safe and financially secure place to live.
